What is an E-ticket? |
|
|
|
E-ticket – refers to a
Electronic Reservation Slip, also called as E-Ticket.
A railway ticket will then be emailed to customer's
email id by IRCTC. Customer has to take a print out of the same and
carry it while travelling along with a valid ID proof. |

How do I pay for the tickets? |

You pay for the tickets
by using the Credit Cards, Bank Account, Debit Cards and Cash Cards. |

What is my IRCTC ticket when I
book through ngpay? |
|
|
|
On successful completion of
payment and ticket booking, a Confirmation Number (PNR) will be
provided to you (passenger) as proof of booking.

How long does it take to get
my PNR once I have made payment? |
|
|
|
Your PNR will be provided
to you immediately on the successful completion of the Reservation

How many seats can I book in a
single transaction? |
|
|
|
A maximum of six
berths/seats can be booked at a time, for a specified journey between
any two stations served by the train, subject to distance restrictions
in force.
An individual user can book a maximum of ten tickets
(PNR) in a calendar month.
Booking can be done against general (GN), ladies (LD)
and tatkal (CK) quota berths/seats only. |

How will I get my tickets? |

Your
E-Ticket will be emailed to customer’s email id by IRCTC. Customer has

Cancellation: For
E-tickets, cancellations facility is provided through ngpay. |
