ACCOUNT HOLDERS OF STATE BANK OF INDIA CAN MAKE PAYMENTS THROUGH THE ATM-cum-DEBIT CARD.

IRCTC’s page for entering passenger(s) details.

After entering the relevant passenger details and on click the “GO” Button you will be taken to the IRCTC’s passenger detail confirmation page. To make the payment click on “MAKE PAYMENT” Button.

On this page of IRCTC, select the option SBI ATM-cum-Debit Card to make your payment through SBI ATM-cum-Debit Card.

On selecting the SBI ATM-cum-Debit Card option you will be presented with SBI Payment Gateway’s Pay Page. Enter your Debit Card Details like Card No, Card Valid From / Expiration Date, Cardholders Name, ATM Card PIN (4 digit PIN) and the Characters visible in the box and click on the “Submit” Button.

On clicking the “SUBMIT” Button you will be presented with a Confirmation page. This will display the payment related information entered by you with only the last four digits of your Debit Card Number. If you are sure of the information click on “PAY” Button to make the Payment.

On clicking the “PAY” Button you will be presented the transaction confirmation message along with your reservation details. The ticket booking process is now complete and the ticket confirmation is displayed on the screen.

If the transaction fails, then you will see a message similar to the one shown below.

 

 

You were trying to Use sbidebitcard Payment Gateway and The Transaction Could Not Processed Due To NOT CAPTURED.

 

We regret that the payment for the transaction under reference no. 0100637547 was not authorized by your bankers and hence we are not in a position to process the booking.

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you view a message like the one above and the transaction amount is deducted from your SBI account, kindly send a mail to ecom.gateway@sbi.co.in mentioning only Date of Transaction, Amount, Account No and a brief description of your query. For any Unsuccessful Transactions or ticket cancellation, the transaction refund will be credited to the Customer’s account within 3/4 working days from the date of transaction.
